How do you know you’re in conflict with someone?

We know we're in conflict because we feel an emotional charge that leaves us off kilter and tells us something is awry.

We must address our emotional selves if we are to manage conflict effectively.

Mindfulness helps us to cultivate the tool of emotional competency to do just that.
